A thirteen stone oval faceted sapphire and modern brilliant cut diamond cluster ring in platinum.  The stones are all claw set which leads to the uniform square section shoulders and shank.  

The ring is designed in a 'wed fit' so that a wedding or eternity ring will fit perfectly against it.
