Pearl (Natural) and Diamond Ring - Secondhand

A certificated natural pearl and old cushion cut diamond crossover ring in 18ct gold and platinum.  The stones are both set in platinum with the pearl having a rubover edge and the diamond is claw set.  This leads to the tapering crossover shoulders and plain D-ashape shank in yellow gold.
